Appointments

We reserve a dedicated slot for each booking. We allow a 10‑minute arrival grace; after that a meeting may be recorded as a no‑show.

Cancellations

To qualify for a refund, cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Late cancellations are usually non‑refundable.

Consulting & deliverables

When you submit an intake form or we begin work on a fixed‑fee deliverable, fees paid are generally earned and non‑refundable.

Refund process (what to expect)

  2. Assessment: we confirm eligibility under this policy.
  3. Deduction: if eligible, a 10% processing deduction applies (2.5% gateway + 7.5% booking plugin) and is retained.
  4. Timing: eligible refunds are initiated within 72 hours; posting time depends on your bank or card issuer.
  5. Method: refunds are returned to the original payment method and currency whenever possible.

Scheduled appointments & punctuality
We start meetings on time and schedule resources around bookings. We apply a 10‑minute grace period; beyond that a meeting may be recorded as a no‑show and fees will not be refunded.
  • No‑show or arriving very late: the session is typically non‑refundable.
  • Professional conduct: TRW may end a meeting for abusive behaviour; fees remain non‑refundable.
Cancellations & rescheduling (24‑hour rule)
To avoid charges, cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start time. Use the booking portal or contact us by email. Links for rescheduling may be included in your confirmation or calendar notice.Group bookings: each attendee must follow the same cancellation window; otherwise the session may proceed or be forfeited.
Refund eligibility, fees & method

  • Processing fees: where a refund is issued, 2.5% (payment gateway) + 7.5% (booking processing) = 10% total will be withheld from the refundable amount.
  • Timing: we initiate refunds within 72 hours. Additional posting time depends on card issuer or bank.
  • Method: refunds are issued to the original payment method when practical.
  • Chargebacks: contact TRW first; unsupported chargebacks may be contested and could lead to administrative handling.
Fixed‑fee work & questionnaire submissions
We start fixed‑fee work (including work that follows a submitted questionnaire) once you provide the required materials. Fees paid up to the point work begins are generally earned and non‑refundable. Scope changes may require a separate engagement or additional fees.
Third‑party fees and disbursements
Payments made to third parties (for example, government filing fees, translation, notarisation, courier services or external experts) are generally non‑refundable once incurred.
Exceptions & compassionate consideration
In genuine emergencies (for example, medical emergency or bereavement) we may offer credit or rescheduling at our discretion. We may request evidence. Such decisions are case‑by‑case and do not create precedent.
Currency & cross‑border payments
Refunds are processed in the original payment currency when possible. Any foreign‑exchange differences or bank/card charges are borne by the client.
